Preferred Requirements
- E-commerce Marketplaces Manager should have scaled a brand from 1-10 and knows the pain points associated with the same
- Great with Nykaa, Amazon from marketing angle
- Relevant experience in similar companies
- Easy to work with and a great attitude of can do and willing to go that extra mile + hustle
- Would be great if she/he has an experience of international as well
- Experience with third-party marketplace tools, such as Channel Advisor, Seller Cloud, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings on various marketplaces to increase sales and visibility
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics on each marketplace and develop action plans to improve results
- Work with the E-commerce team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies that drive traffic and sales
- Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, agencies, and 3PL providers to ensure seamless marketplace operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketplace strategy is innovative and effective

Basic Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing marketplaces for an E-commerce business
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and others
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to track sales, performance, and traffic data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
