*Experience:* 2–3 years (E-commerce Sales & Operations)

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage product listings, pricing & promotions on *Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Jiomart* & other platforms

Coordinate with supply chain & logistics for smooth order fulfillment

Support online sales campaigns & marketplace partnerships

Track sales performance, generate reports & share insights

Assist in *digital marketing (SEO, content, social media)* initiatives

*Requirements:*

2–3 years of e-commerce experience (*FMCG / Agro preferred*)

Hands-on experience with *Seller Central portals & e-commerce tools*

Strong *communication & coordination* skills

Knowledge of *logistics & supply chain* is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Mumbai. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day online sales activities, account management, and executing sales strategies to increase online presence. The role also includes analytical tasks to track and analyze sales performance, handling team management duties, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for tracking and analyzing sales performance
  • Account Management and Sales skills to manage client accounts and drive sales
  • Team Management and Sales Management skills to lead the team and ensure successful sales execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
