We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, maintaining online product listings, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc, including content creation, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, logistics, and customer service to support promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
