Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IATA Certified Office Executive, based in Ernakulam Piravom. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, Ticket planning and support, supporting office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient coordination and communication across teams. The role also involves assisting with accounting tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and building client relationships.
  • Basic accounting and financial management skills for office-related financial activities.
  • Certification by IATA (International Air Transport Association) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A background in travel or tourism-related fields is a plus.
