Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible CRE cum Office Admin to handle customer interactions and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers (calls, emails, and walk-ins).
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM system.
  • Support the sales/service team in follow-ups with leads and clients.
  • Manage front office activities including calls, correspondence, and visitor management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service/office administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and customer-centric mindset.
