Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible CRE cum Office Admin to handle customer interactions and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers (calls, emails, and walk-ins).
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM system.
- Support the sales/service team in follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Manage front office activities including calls, correspondence, and visitor management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service/office administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and customer-centric mindset.
