Job Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Muvattupuzha & Perumbavoor

Preference: Candidates within 10 km radius preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team and assist in managing daily dispatch, documentation, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of goods, maintaining records, and supporting the logistics and export team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documents (invoice, packing list, LR, etc.).
  • Communicate with transporters, courier partners, and internal departments.
  • Track shipments and update status to concerned departments.
  • Maintain inward and outward material records.
  • Assist in stock management and warehouse coordination.
  • Support in import/export logistics and documentation when required.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / Logistics / Supply Chain Management graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers can apply.
  • Languages: Must be proficient in English and Hindi
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Location: Candidates within 10 km from the factory/office are preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
