Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team and assist in managing daily dispatch, documentation, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of goods, maintaining records, and supporting the logistics and export team.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
• Documentation: Handle shipping documentation, invoices, packing lists, and other related records accurately.
• Vendor & Transport Management: Coordinate with transporters and suppliers for smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
• Order Processing: Collaborate with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor logistics costs and suggest strategies for efficiency and cost reduction.

Experience And Qualifications

• Education: B.com / Logistics / Supply Chain Management graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can apply

Languages:
Must be proficient in English and Hindi (Malayalam will be an added advantage

Skills

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations.
