Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing) to enterprise and mid-sized clients. The role is responsible for independently generating qualified leads, driving consultative sales meetings, preparing tailored proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with a focus on sustained client relationships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify enterprise-level business opportunities in SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and social media projects
  • Take complete ownership for end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, meeting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to position and upsell integrated digital marketing solutions aligning to client goals
  • Prepare and deliver customer-centric presentations, handle objections, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, marketing heads, and procurement
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams for technical feasibility, onboarding, and smooth project delivery
  • Maintain detailed sales activity and performance reports for management review
  • Support account renewals, cross-sell/up-sell and ensure continued client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of business development experience, of which at least 3 years in digital marketing or performance marketing sales
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate large B2B accounts and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Hands-on understanding of digital marketing tools, campaign performance metrics, and online advertising platforms
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, proposal tools, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Graduation required; MBA/PG in Marketing/Digital preferred
