Job Summary

Webingo is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client leads, understand their requirements, and pass them to the relevant team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Bengali (a must), English, and Hindi, and must be professional, organized, and proficient in CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage with leads to understand their needs.
  • Pass on lead information to the aligned teams for follow-up.
  • Maintain organized records and follow up through CRM.
  • Ensure smooth communication with clients, providing professional service.
  • Meet performance targets, including lead conversion.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Bengali (mandatory), English, and Hindi.
  • 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
  • Smart, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience working with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
