Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Operation Team Lead based in Jaipur. The Night Operation Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations, ensuring timely deliveries, managing a team of delivery personnel, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include supervising the sorting and dispatch process, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting team meetings, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Operations Management
  • People Management and effective Communication skills
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to handle operational challenges
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Experience in managing night shifts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
