Job Title: Team Leader – Facility (Night Shift)

Department: Administration / Facilities Management

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: Night Shift

Reports To: Facility Manager / Admin Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Team Leader – Facility to oversee all facility-related operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a BPO or ITES environment, managing support services, vendor coordination, housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace for night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise night shift facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, maintenance, and transport coordination.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all night shift facility issues and escalations.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment across all operational areas.
  • Monitor housekeeping and pantry staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with security teams for entry/exit logs, employee safety, and incident management.
  • Liaise with IT, HR, and Transport teams for shift-related support and emergency response.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and facility audits to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Manage and report incidents, breakdowns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain facility checklists, logs, and night shift handover reports.
  • Ensure vendor staff are present and performing duties as per agreed SLAs.
  • Support business continuity plans (BCP) during emergencies or critical events at night.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and statutory norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
