Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Transport to manage and coordinate night shift employee transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a BPO or ITES environment, managing large volumes of employee transport and ensuring safe, timely, and efficient travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage night shift transport operations for employee pick-ups and drops.
  • Monitor and manage fleet movement through transport management systems (TMS).
  • Coordinate with vendors and drivers to ensure vehicle availability as per shift schedules.
  • Handle real-time escalations, delays, or breakdowns, ensuring minimal impact on employee travel.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies, especially for female employees.
  • Maintain daily logs, route plans, and shift rosters; generate MIS reports and transport metrics.
  • Work closely with the facilities/security team for smooth shift transitions.
  • Conduct audits and spot checks on vehicle hygiene, driver behavior, and GPS compliance.
  • Train and guide transport coordinators or associates during the night shift.
  • Liaise with employees and address grievances or complaints professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and company transport policies.

Pay: ₹50, ₹67,000.00 per month
