Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
  • Understand client requirements and draft clear, effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely closures.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be based in Gurgaon or nearby areas.
  • Willingness to work from office.
