
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Present and explain products or services to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Track, maintain, and update sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over phone/email.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
