Job description:
-Monitoring and improving daily functions, Building processes based on our business goals, Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures.
-Responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production.
-Performing book keeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
-Provides office support to either an individual or team.
-Responsible Dispatchment of materials from order in-ward to outward (communicate with the factory, transporter, Accountant). Dispatchment should be as per the our ready flow chart.
- Daily new client follow up from the digital portal/site through calling or e-mail or other.
-Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
-General office management.
-Responsible for projects and tasks, as well as overseeing the work of junior staff.
-Answering Telephones, Business Correspondence, Calling Clients., Client Relations, Communication, Correspondence, Customer Service, Directing Clients etc.
-Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
-Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
-You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
