Job Description:

Admin / Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

· Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.

· Manage housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.

· Maintain office files, records, and documentation.

· Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.

· Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service requirements.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.

· Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and support office events.

· Manage visitor entry, reception area, and courier/dispatch services.

· Assist HR in onboarding, documents collection, and ID card issuance.

· Support Accounts with petty cash, bills, and invoice submission.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

· Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration / Office Management).

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, projectors).

· Familiarity with basic accounting and HR processes (preferred).

Soft Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure efficiently.

· Good negotiation skills for vendor management.

· Professional behaviour, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
