Position Overview:We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager to manage client inquiries, drive treatment conversions, and build long-term relationships with high-value clientele. You will be the key point of contact for all patients before and after consultations, and play a critical role in achieving monthly sales targets across both centers. Key Responsibilities:Lead Handling & Client Conversion:Attend to walk-in clients, inbound phone calls, WhatsApp leads, and online queries with professionalism and empathy.
Understand each client's aesthetic concerns and recommend appropriate treatments or packages. Convert consultations into paid procedures by highlighting value, outcomes, and clinic expertise. Follow up systematically with all unconverted leads until closure or resolution.
Sales Operations & Target Management:Maintain daily lead sheets, CRM entries, and conversion dashboards. Work closely with the doctors to plan personalized packages for high-value clients. Support cross-selling and upselling of services like skin rejuvenation, hair regrowth, IV drips, facials, and skincare products.
Meet monthly conversion targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth. Client Relationship & Loyalty Building:Ensure a luxury experience for each client through proactive communication and service excellence. Handle queries, doubts, and concerns post-treatment in coordination with clinical staff.
Manage relationships with returning clients and encourage long-term program enrollments or subscriptions. Track and activate client re-engagement for follow-ups, offers, or seasonal campaigns. Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience:Minimum 1–4 years in sales or client conversion in:Aesthetic clinics, salons, wellness centersIVF, dental, dermatology, or cosmetic setups
Premium hospitals or teleconsultation startups
Skills Required:Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a bonus)Highly persuasive, confident, and target-driven
Ability to explain treatments and pricing in a clear, professional tone
Excellent grooming and presentation
Familiarity with CRM systems and follow-up etiquette
