Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, Ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives are also key tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Relevant experience in the Security, Facility Management, or Cash Logistics sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
