Job Description

Position: Sales manager

Preferred: Male & Female

Designation: Manager

Age: 25 – 35

Location: Chrompet

Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for residential plots.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and telecallers to deliver high performance.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Organize client meetings, site visits, and promotional sales activities.
  • Conduct internal and external meetings with clients, teams, and management.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Arrange regular training sessions for telecallers and sales executives to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets in real estate.
  • Strong leadership, team handling, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and MS Office.
  • Market awareness with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign coordination.
  • Legal knowledge related to residential real estate sales and documentation.
