Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Executive
to support our Sales & CRM team in managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless communication flow with customers. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-spoken, and eager to learn the nuances of sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

●      
Lead Handling & Coordination

○      Attend first-level calls with clients and understand their requirements.

○      Manage inbound leads received via WhatsApp, website, and other digital channels.

○      Qualify and forward relevant leads to the senior sales team.

●      
Sales Support & Communication

○      Maintain clear, professional communication with clients in English (spoken and written).

○      Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.

○      Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions.

●      
Data & Reporting

○      Maintain accurate lead and client data in Excel/CRM tools.

○      Prepare PowerPoint presentations and weekly/monthly reports.

○      Track follow-ups and maintain organized sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●      Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

●      
Strong communication skills in English
– confident and professional on calls.

●      Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
.

●      Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

●      Ability to multitask and manage client communication effectively.

●      Prior experience in sales coordination, CRM, or customer service is an advantage (not mandatory).
