Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales

Nature Homes is looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant General Manager Sales to oversee high-value sales operations, mentor senior sales staff, and contribute to organizational growth. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage sales operations for premium real estate projects.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and buyer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
