Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for Real Estate Sales Executives. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing property sales processes, and building relationships with developers, investors, and buyers. The role requires handling property inquiries, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Sales executives will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and support business expansion.

  • Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in sales, customer handling, and achieving targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in sales management software and basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous real estate sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
