Job Title: Operations & Client Relations Manager – Real Estate

Location : Jaipur

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting in accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and workflow.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Assist in keeping accurate business records, documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support real estate transactions and client needs.
  • Handle basic administrative duties and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.
  • Previous experience in real estate, operations, or client relations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.
