We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with prior experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Hospitality, Hotel, or Automobile industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through proactive business development and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, references, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, site visits, or product demonstrations to convert leads into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in sales (Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Hospitality, Hotel, or Automobile industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
