Revenue & Legal Manager

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage land revenue records, mutation, conversion, and NOC processes.
  • Coordinate with government departments for approvals and compliance.
  • Draft and review agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and legal documents.
  • Maintain updated records of land titles, maps, and ownerships.
  • Ensure adherence to RERA and land-related legal requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of land laws, revenue procedures, and property documentation.
  • Excellent drafting and legal interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and liaisoning ability with government offices.
  • Knowledge of RERA and real estate regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience in revenue/legal work in real estate or township sector preferred.
