**Job Purpose**

Overseeing of CAPEX and OPEX receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implementing operational policies and procedures. Implementing and overseeing security operations. Ensuring effective and safe storage of warehouse materials. Ensuring the safety norms inside WH and within the team.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Ensure the warehouse operates at optimum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse workforce and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining materials handling and storage requirements, inventory management, gate processes, and dispatches.
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals.
- Supervise daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Managing distributions, receipt of materials, GRN, Inward, dispatches and logistics management through ERP systems.
- Coordination with inter functions sales, finance and marketing for day to day requirements.
- Ensure the HSW and statutory compliances.
- Handling internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of GST and statutory taxes with working exposure of ERP, preferred SAP S4Hana.

- **Work ex**: Graduations with SCM or Logistics management

Min 5 years experience in a warehouse lead/Incharge role by managing WH operations independently
