· Greet customers and make them feel welcome by establishing a friendly and supportive environment

· Communicate with customers about their wants and needs, recommend and locate relevant merchandise, and call other stores or place special orders to get desired merchandise

· Explain the function and purposes of merchandise in an informative and persuasive manner to capture curiosity and increase interest in buying, and demonstrate operation or use of items when applicable

· Maintain knowledge of promotions, sales and company policies about exchanges, payment and returns, and inform customers when helpful or necessary

· Maintain a clean, orderly store by emptying trash cans, mopping floors and wiping down checkout counter areas

· Executing all tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

· Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.

· Answering or escalating concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.

· Completing a range of administrative tasks.

· Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.

· Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.

· Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.

· Assisting the Manager or Team Leader as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
