Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage VGL's website and ensure timely updates on events and investor information.
  • Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook)- drive engagement through regular posts and analytics.
  • Draft and coordinate press releases in consultation with leadership- ensure at least 2 major release per quarter (in addition to results).
  • Contribute to corporate videos, posters, and investor communication (earnings call commentary, quarterly results video, AGM materials-video and posters).
  • Support preparation and proofreading of the Annual Report, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Drive content collection and editing for the Insiders' employee magazine at the global level.

Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage multiple deliverables
