Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage bid preparations from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality tenders.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of tender requirements, identifying key criteria and developing strategies for successful bidding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, resources, and expertise for tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the tender process.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in bid management or a related field (e.g., engineering consultancy).
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com or B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong understanding of e-tendering platforms such as Gem Portal; knowledge of government tenders preferred.
  • Experience working on renewable energy projects specifically solar energy; familiarity with sustainability principles.
