Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EHV electrical, power transmission, and industrial supply sectors.
- • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable product or service solutions.
- • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
- • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
- • Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams for order execution, pricing, and delivery coordination.
- • Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and collection milestones.
- • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- • Participate in exhibitions, vendor registrations, and product presentations.
- • Maintain CRM data, visit reports, and pipeline forecasts regularly.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Strong technical understanding of electrical products (especially HV/EHV cables, transformers, switchgear, insulators, etc.)
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.
- • Ability to understand project drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications.
- • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
