SEO & Social Lead

**We're looking for a dynamic SEO & Social Lead who understands both algorithms and audiences.

Someone who can translate brand strategy into measurable visibility — across search, social, and emerging AI-driven platforms.**

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute a complete
    SEO strategy
    — covering technical, on-page, off-page, and content architecture.
  • Plan and guide
    copywriting
    that aligns with brand voice, premium positioning, and conversion objectives.
  • Build and manage
    organic growth strategies
    for platforms like
    LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Behance, and Vimeo
    .
  • Oversee
    social media planning, posting cadence, and analytics
    , ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
  • Leverage
    Generative SEO
    approaches to secure visibility across
    AI-powered search tools
    .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content opportunity analysis for global markets.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and performance teams to turn insights into impactful campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report growth metrics —
    traffic, engagement, ranking, and conversions
    — with a numbers-first approach.
  • Stay ahead of trends in SEO, generative search, and social media algorithms globally.

Who You Are

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in
    SEO, content, and social media strategy
    (with global or multi-market exposure).
  • Deep knowledge of
    technical SEO
    , Core Web Vitals, schema, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
  • Sharp copy sense
    — you know how to position a brand as
    **premium, intelligent, and discoverable.Strong un- derstanding of organic growth levers across design and creative ecosystems (especially on Behance & Vimeo).
  • Data-driven, analytical, and agile in decision-making.

  • Comfortable working with
    AI tools
    and
    **next-gen content optimization workflows.Excellent- communicator who can bridge the creative and analytical sides of digital growth.
