*About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and manage our SEO strategy across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end SEO operations including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, link-building, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

*Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO fixes to improve site performance.

*Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.

*Plan and execute off-page SEO activities such as link-building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.

*Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

*Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and traffic.

*Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.

*Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

*Lead and mentor junior SEO team members (if applicable).

*Prepare monthly/quarterly SEO reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements
:*

*5–7 years of experience in SEO management, preferably in a similar industry or digital marketing agency.

*Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, local SEO, and eCommerce SEO.

*Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

*Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable traffic growth.

*Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus.

*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

*Strong communication and leadership abilities.
