SEO Specialist
to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the health, visibility, and technical performance of our websites. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing strategists to optimize all technical aspects of our web presence.

The job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-oriented SEO specialist to lead and implement our organic growth strategy. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on capability to deliver results independently—across content structure, technical SEO, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate has experience in complex B2B environments and can operate without reliance on a web development team.

The mission:

SEO Strategy & Content Architecture

  • Define and prioritize SEO objectives based on business goals and keyword research
  • Identify and validate high-impact keyword clusters across multiple buyer stages
  • Develop structured content frameworks, including pillar pages and internal linking models
  • Translate search intent into a scalable roadmap of content opportunities

Technical SEO Implementation

  • Conduct technical site audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site speed
  • Implement on-page optimization directly, including metadata, headings, schema markup, and URL structure
  • Improve site structure, page hierarchy, and internal linking to maximize search performance
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals and mobile performance using front-end best practices
  • Manage sitemap, , canonical tags, redirects, hreflang, and structured data

Execution and Content Publishing

  • Operate within WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms to implement changes directly
  • Create detailed briefs and collaborate with content writers to ensure alignment with SEO goals
  • Monitor keyword performance, traffic trends, and content engagement
  • Own reporting via Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and third-party SEO tools
  • Conduct outreach or manage link-building campaigns to improve authority and trust signals

Your skills:

  • 3–6 years of SEO experience, including both strategy and implementation
  • Proven ability to rank content in competitive B2B or technical niches
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SurferSEO
  • Hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, structured data, indexing, and crawl budget optimization
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and ability to operate independently
  • Bonus: Experience with industrial manufacturing, supply chain, or smart factory domains
