We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in search engine optimization, a strong understanding of how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of SEO, and hands-on experience in content writing and AI-driven tools. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical skills, creative thinking, and technical know-how to deliver measurable results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies across client websites.


• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits.


• Optimize on-page and off-page elements to drive rankings, traffic, and conversions.


• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., for keyword clustering, content generation, analytics, and reporting) to streamline and enhance SEO execution.


• Stay ahead of trends in AI search (SGE, AEO, GEO) and translate them into actionable strategies for clients.


• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content across blogs, landing pages, and web copy.


• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-based reporting dashboards, delivering transparent reports to clients.


• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.


• Educate and guide clients on how AI impacts SEO and how they can benefit from modern strategies.

Requirements


• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Manager with a strong portfolio of results.


• Solid understanding of AI's impact on SEO (e.g., Google's AI-driven SERPs, generative search, semantic search, automation).


• Strong content writing and optimization skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different industries.


• Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and AI tools (Surfer, Jasper, ChatGPT, Clearscope, or similar).


• Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structured data, schema, crawl management).


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.


• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred Skills


• Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).


• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content pipelines.


• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify).


• Experience working with international SEO and multilingual websites.
