Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit all reports to Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) on time for Retail (RT)
  • department.
  • Cash and stock management in the center.
  • Vehicle management, maintaining fuel data, maintenance records, and insurance renewal.
  • Complete joining formalities of newly join employees in the center.
  • Maintain temp file and submit payment advice to Corporate Headquarters (CHQ).
  • Manage Sales office with the retail department.
  • Complete Sales Representative (SR) cash and stock management in the evening.
  • Invoice and Daily Sales Report (DSR) management. Updating supervising cash, cheque, and credit outstanding of the customer.
  • Managing petty cash (petrol/diesel, parking fees, etc.).
  • Maintaining & update the Petro Card details.
  • Receiving cash & cheques and the same deposit to the bank.
  • Maintaining the outlet list.
  • Updating the Visi cooler list and the inventory status.
  • Keeping a stock of Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
  • Cooler & Ice Pack maintenance.
  • Summarizing monthly material inventory status.
  • Conducting and supervising all other administration works (like business cards, ID cards
  • uniforms, etc.)
  • Helping the special tasks if any and communicating well with all sales staff.
  • E- Invoicing preparation and handover to Sales Representative (SRs).

Age: 22 to 30 Years

Special skills, mental or personality requirements: -

  • PC skills like MS Excel & Powerpoint.
  •  Local Candidate
  • The candidate must have a good command of English and the local language.
  • Male/Female candidate with good communication skills, comfortable working in teams, punctual and
    sincere towards work.
