Jr. Sales Executive
Kezan Consulting is a leading provider of Human Resources Services in the industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Jr. Sales Executive.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Attend to generated leads and inquiries through various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Follow up on generated inquiries and close sales.
  • Fill proper site forms and design the site.
  • Conduct site visits and close inquiries.
  • Collect required documents and payment from clients.
  • Maintain a daily sheet and provide regular updates on all inquiries.
  • Coordinate with coordinators and designers.
  • Take telephonic follow-ups with clients at various stages.
  • Create and provide quotations.
  • Collect necessary data for analysis.
  • Provide 3D drawings to customers.
  • Solve technical and non-technical queries of customers.
  • Take mailing follow-ups with clients at various stages.
  • Maintain client information in an Excel sheet.
  • Offer customer support throughout the entire process.
  • Ensure smooth and satisfying client experience till final possession by coordinating between clients and the company.
  • Visit and meet with consultants, contractors, and customers.
  • Undertake periodic reviews for project status and coordinate with clients.
  • Participate in marketing events or exhibitions as decided by management.
  • Provide daily reporting and time log.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Prepare and issue reports as required by management.
  • Upgrade industry knowledge regularly and document clients' needs for better decision making.
  • Manage task accountability and work delegation at the workplace.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with all clients.
  • Attend trainings and other meetings organized by the company.
