International Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice (Work from Office, Jaipur)

About the Role:

We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for both voice and non-voice processes. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career with a global organization while working from our modern office in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer queries via calls, emails, and chat (voice & non-voice).
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow communication procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduates & Graduates (any stream) are eligible.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • Location: Open to candidates from PAN India willing to relocate to Jaipur.
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
  • Relocation Bonus provided for outstation candidates.
  • 14 Days Hotel Accommodation on arrival in Jaipur.

  • Work from Office: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts for international support).
  • 5 days working, 2 weekly offs (rotational).
