Identify New Business Opportunities

  • Liaison with MD, operational heads and senior doctors to identify new business opportunities for probiotics in hospitals and clinics.
  • Generate leads and initiate contacts with hospitals, healthcare providers and distributors.
  • Develop partnership and distribution models to drive probiotic adoption.

Build and Maintain Relationships

  • Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical associations and nutritionists.
  • Understand healthcare providers needs and position probiotic products as effective solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for hospitals and healthcare institutions regarding probiotic offerings.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Onboard hospitals and clinics using strategic partnership models.
  • Create and implement sales strategies with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Present product propositions, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor and report on probiotic sales performance and market growth.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop educational campaigns and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and end consumers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, medical conferences, and scientific forums.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and latest probiotic research findings.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Provide regular business development updates, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.
  • Conduct scientific presentations, training sessions, and workshops for doctors, pharmacists, and nutritionists.
