Business Development Manager (B2B – Client Relations Focus)
Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B)
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Develop account plans to maximize revenue from key clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing customized business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services/products.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high retention rates.
- Monitor client performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong relationship management and account-handling experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Experience in B2B customer success, retention, and upselling.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and client reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time
