Job Summary:

  • Identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Problem Solving:

  • Act as the first point of escalation for team-related issues.
  • Identify potential challenges and implement solutions proactively.

Communication:

  • Facilitate clear and open communication within the team.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and management.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all work meets the required standards and deadlines.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 1 year work experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership.
  • Applicable only for Nearby Pondicherry Area .

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS word and MS excel .
