We are looking for a skilled and motivated 
Lead

Full Stack Development
to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) stack, along with a solid understanding of Docker and React Native. You will be responsible for developing, containerizing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development
:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack.

Frontend Development
:

  • Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using , with a focus on performance and usability.

Backend Development
:

  • Build and maintain efficient APIs and server-side logic using  and

Database Management
:

  • Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries.

Containerization
:

  • Set up, manage, and deploy applications using Docker for containerization.

Mobile Development Support
:

  • Collaborate with the mobile development team to provide React Native insights and integrate APIs for mobile applications.

Code Quality
:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in coding and security.

Testing
:

  • Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

Collaboration
:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.

Problem Solving
:

  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in production and development environments.

Qualifications
:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack and Prefered React Native.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web and mobile developmentframeworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and state management tools like Redux.
  • Experience working with databases, especially MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Must have experience with unit testing using React T esting Library.
  • Knowledge of Docker, building native features, and basic DevOps principles is a plus.

Bonus Skills
:

  • Experience with Fastify, TypeScript, or is a plus.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
