We are hiring for the role of BOQ Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 1 to 3 years


• Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.


• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ)


• Take of quantities of area (civil, electrical and mechanical works from GFC drawings)


• Preparation of R.A Bills & Certification of the same by Comparing billed Quantity with Estimated quantities in monthly basis.


• Checking of site inspection reports JMs for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.


• Worked as billing executive for all the stages of works like Centering, Reinforcement, Concreting, Different types of Masonry work, Painting, flooring, finishes and Interior works.


• Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.


• Involved in Preparation Tender and Contract Documents.


• Reconciliation of materials, labours for effective cost control.


• Preparation of QS Report and Monthly Cash Flow.


• Checking sub-contractors' bills and certification of the same


• Maintenance of Checklists & Drawings


• Pre-Contractual & Post Contractual QS work


• BOQ Preparations & Amendment/Change Order/Variation Order preparation & Approval
