Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 
Architect

with at least 4 years of professional experience in construction and project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and detailed plans for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools for designing and modeling.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and support in material selection.
  • Provide innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues on-site.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Architectural Design and Architecture
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably within construction/real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
