Designation:
Quantity Surveyor

Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for finalizing the BOQ post validation of drawings, BOQ

and site.

**Responsibilities**:
 Understand drawings of all disciplines (furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing etc) and verify

quantities of each line item in the BOQ

 Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks

 Validate drawings, BOQ & site

 Add missing line items in the BOQ

 Do rate an alysis for non standard items

 Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at site

 Prepare BoM for to facilitate the release of POs to LCs/SCs

Must have

 3+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 2 yr QS) in residential/commercial projects

 Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on site conditions and foresee execution risks

 Proactive and capable of prioritizing work

 Extremely high level of ownership

 High learning aptitude

 B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
