Job Overview:

Papillon is looking for a proactive, energetic, and responsible Event Executive (Male) to join our on-ground operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating event production, vendor management, and BTL activations, ensuring smooth execution of all events and campaigns.

This role demands hands-on execution, strong communication, and willingness to work flexible hours during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage vendors, suppliers, and production teams for event setup and dismantling.
  • Supervise on-ground activations, brand promotions, and BTL activities across multiple locations.
  • Assist in event production, including logistics, branding setup, sound, light, and stage management.
  • Ensure timely execution of activities as per client and internal timelines.
  • Handle last-minute changes, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and clients during events.
  • Prepare post-event reports, maintain checklists, and document event flow.
  • Manage inventory of branding materials, collaterals, and event assets.
  • Coordinate with transport, manpower, and local authorities where required.
  • Maintain proper communication between the operations team and office during event execution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Male candidate only (due to operational travel and timing requirements).
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in event management or on-ground activations preferred.
  • Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle field coordination and multiple vendors simultaneously.
  • Must be open to early morning and late-night event assignments.
  • Should be hardworking, punctual, and reliable under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of event production, branding setup, and BTL execution is a plus.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 (depending on experience & skills).
  • Travel & on-ground expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
