Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive international growth for plastic masterbatches and additives. The role focuses on expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships across global markets.

The candidate will play a key role in understanding customer and product requirements within the plastics industry, developing tailored solutions, and supporting technical discussions with clients in collaboration with internal teams. The ideal professional should have proven international B2B sales experience, strong lead generation capabilities, and a deep understanding of product applications and market dynamics in the polymer industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and expand masterbatch sales across international markets.


• Understand the product requirements of plastic industries and align solutions accordingly.


• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and industry networking.


• Work closely with customers to understand their technical product requirements and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.


• Coordinate and guide the sales coordination team to ensure timely lead follow-ups and reporting.


• Track, analyze, and report sales performance, leads, and business progress to management.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.


• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather insights on industry trends.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer/Plastic Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years' experience in international sales or business development in the plastics, polymer, or chemical industry.


• Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing new international markets.


• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.


• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and other reporting platforms.


• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
