Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to real-world HR practices in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Help coordinate HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in HR policy and process documentation.
  • Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a willingness to learn.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
