About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic
Head of Sales
to lead our business growth initiatives within the
service sector
. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in driving strategic sales, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities across regional or international markets. This role demands exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall
sales strategy
to drive revenue growth and market expansion across service lines. - Identify, engage, and build relationships with
corporate clients, channel partners, and strategic alliances
. - Develop and implement
sales and marketing plans
aligned with business objectives and service delivery goals. - Oversee end-to-end
business development, client acquisition, and contract negotiation
processes. - Conduct
market analysis, competitor benchmarking
, and pricing evaluations to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams — including
operations, marketing, finance, and product development
— to ensure seamless service delivery. - Represent the organization at
industry conferences, trade forums, and corporate events
to strengthen brand presence. - Provide
sales leadership, insights, and performance reports
to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field;
MBA or Master's degree
preferred. - Minimum
10–15 years of experience
in B2B or service-oriented industries (such as IT, telecom, logistics, consulting, facility management, or industrial services). - Proven success in
high-value B2B sales, business development, and key account management
. - Strong understanding of
regional/international markets
and corporate procurement processes. - Excellent
negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
. - Experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
. - Willingness to travel frequently across regions for client and market engagements.
