Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a single point of contact for monitoring, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution of Business Central Dynamics 365 Software related performance issues and providing technical support to users.
  • Responsible for maintenance and development of software components for the payment gateway.
  • Analysing logs and metrics of Business Central Software system to identify potential issues of performance and proactively addressing and solving them before they impact users.
  • Assisting the department and division head in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and services.
  • Troubleshooting software issues for end-users, both locally and potentially in other office locations.
  • Ensuring IT resources (hardware, software, licenses) are available and functioning correctly.
  • Keeping track of IT inventory, service records, and documentation related to IT services and projects.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new IT initiatives, including software upgrades, system integrations, and other technology-related projects.
  • Liaising with vendors for hardware maintenance, software licenses, and other IT-related services.
  • Contributing to the development of IT department and implementation of IT strategies and policies.
  • Ensuring the security and proper management of data within the organization's IT systems.
Education: B. Tech in Computer Science (Software) or bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/ engineering/ software engineering Experience with the configuration of open-source software is necessary Take responsibility and commitment for one's own output Increase the robustness of the automated test environment Good understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, tools, and technical concepts relevant to the organization's needs Skills: Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and project management skills are essential Soft Skills: Attention to detail, decision-making capabilities, and negotiation skills are also valuable
