Quality Assurance Manager 4

Job Description: The Quality Assurance Manager 4 is responsible for supporting the quality framework testing tools and technologies policy standards and practices landscape across the company's product suites. This is a shared services role that supports the compliance and accountability activities of teams on quality oversight as it occurs throughout the software development lifecycle and releases.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and solicit requirements from stakeholders on needs for quality test concepts and tools that align with associated business programs and strategies; ensuring standardization in quality compliance and strategy.
• Establish strategy and plans for delivering sustainable solutions to stakeholders regarding quality frameworks test infrastructure and tools that support short and long term program technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with test architects to establish and maintain documented standards best practices technologies and tools.
• Define continuously improve and implement quality policies processes and activities established through the quality program and lead the coordination of change management to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the collaboration with project managers senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate and review relatability compliance and relevancy of all quality program policies processes templates communications and self-service portals.
• Provide support to regulatory affairs by contributing to the creation and maintenance of policies; ensure distribution education and retention of new and existing policies.
• Establish appropriate change management and program collaboration pipelines across the company as it relates to our quality program initiatives.
• Contribute and collaborate with release management team to create update and maintain SDLC (software development life cycle) standards guidelines and procedures.
• Lead data quality related projects to maintain and improve data cleanliness across the domains and work with the business to consistently monitor data cleanliness as it pertains to quality and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional and strategic improvement projects supporting quality and process improvement engaging with lines of business and other members of technical teams.
• Support teams as a risk mitigator when approached with specific issues or non-conformance scenarios and provide solution options create and update corrective and preventative action processes and procedures.
• Lead in gathering requirements with appropriate stakeholders to develop a plan and proposal for solution.
• Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge.
• Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members
• Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical experience in the software industry or any other similar industry
• 1 year minimum of Agile experience
• Relevant experience with process improvement
• Success in effectively envisioning developing and implementing new strategies to address competitive complex business issues
• Demonstrated track record of solving complex business problems with scalable solutions
• 8-10 years in quality program oversight in compliance and accountability
• 5+ years experience in capability and compliance maturity frameworks
• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing budgets
• Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent facilitation and project management skill
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
